Summary/Abstract: This article investigates the problem of determining the civil status of peasant farms in the light of the ongoing reform of civil legislation. We analyze the legal framework of regulation of peasant farms and state that peasant farms as essential subjects of business activity occupy an intermediate position between business partnerships and companies.
