Archivists must together with material makers follow the information from its creation until its given to an archive. To preform this task successfully several conditions should be met, like establishing a legal frame, educate personnel and organize efficient informational system. If all mentioned above is achieved our goal of protecting archival material. As a consequence, archives will receive complete, defined material, which will affect the quality of archives work. Archives would no longer deal with correcting errors made by the administration, preform simple reduction, etc. Written heritage would be protected and quality of archivistics would be taken to the next, scientific level.
