INTELLIGENCE AND MANAGERIAL BEHAVIOR IN MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATION

Summary/Abstract: The article examines issues related to intelligence and behavior ofmanagers in an organization. Managers today face different challenges and problemsarising from the business environment and the dynamics of social process. In thiscontext most of them need competencies that are essencial to deal with businessventures in the organization. The publication is a brief retrospective review of thetypes of intelligence (emotional, social and practical) and considers their specificcharacteristics. An integrative model of intelligence is proposed and behavior ofmanagers in the organisational environment has been proposed .
