Problems of cooperation network management – experience of energy cluster

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the issue of a new type of organization such as a cooperation network, which consists of formal and informal links between different firms. The problems faced by cooperation networks of management area are described. The conducted analysis was based on the experience of the Lower Silesian Cluster of Renewable Energy (DKEO). Based on interviews with members of the cluster the most important problems were identified in management area, such as: activity of cluster members, activity financed, using cluster to own business, lack of cluster’s strategy. Moreover the further actions taken by cluster, aimed to organizational structure change, were analyzed.
