Summary/Abstract: The article presents an experience of social and philosophical generalization of the most topical problems that have engulfed modern gender relations. Based on the events that occurred recently in France, we analyze the causes, peculiarities and contradictions associated with the legalization of alternative sexuality. We also make an attempt to identify social and cultural consequences of the changes that nowadays are being actively deployed in the area of family relations. Among these changes, destruction of traditional gender dispositions causes the greatest concern.
