Summary/Abstract: Currently, regional policy makers are facing the dilemma of reevaluation of regional policy assumptions. Modern changes in the world economy, their directions and spontaneity have a significant impact on this state. It seems that the new assumption of regional policy should be based on the latest domains of economic mechanisms and endogenous competitive advantages.
