Summary/Abstract: Pawel Maciak is interested in “primary matter”, and metabolism. He concentrates on such subjects as life and death, and temporary aspects of the reality. He is interested in existentialism. He concentrates on changeable forms, and “unwanted” objects. The series of photographs entitled “Metabolism” refers to biological dimensions of existence.
