Summary/Abstract: Stereotypes (cliches and samples) are one of the typical business register features, that are necessary for exact and explicit communication in business and low sphere, but they can be reason for desemantization of lexical units. Noun forms of locative case (for example, apjomā, apmērā, attiecībā, gadījumā, nolūkā, rezultātā, sakarā, sakarībā, saskaņā) are frequently used in business register and they are stereotyped as the result of interference. The main conclusion of this article – these forms have lost their initial lexical and grammatical meaning and functioned as prepositions or conjunctions.
