Regulations concerning the work of the Polish sailor at the American shipowner

Summary/Abstract: This article concerns the regulations on tax law and social security, which refer to a Polish sailor working on American ships at sea. The author , based on the ratified agreements between the Polish Republic and the United States of America has attempted to answer, how to shape the legal situation of such a sailor. Knowledge of seafarers in this respect, most often based on stories , usually having little to do with their actual legal status.
