Summary/Abstract: This article concerns the rights and obligations that the law imposes Polish sailor under the jurisdiction of the Polish Republic. Seafarer is a niche , so you should consider how in practice the issue of his health insurance , pensions and future tax obligations. Knowledge of seafarers in this respect, most often based on stories that circulate among sailors and unfortunately usually has little to do with their actual legal status . This paper suggests possible solutions concerning the Polish sailors.
