Talent development in shared services centers

Summary/Abstract: This artucle describes the results of study which was provided to diagnose present state of talent management in Shared Services Centers in Poznań, especially emphasising talent development. Author didn;t find any earlier studies on talent development in shared services centers in Poland and states that it is a topic which should examined while it’s one of the fastes growing business in Poland. 7 out of 21 SSC from Poznań took part in the survey. 5 of them participated in in-depth study. Results show that there is a huge difference between talent development procedures described in scientific literature and those used by SSC.
