Statutory punishment dimension in the Criminal Code for crimes connected with prostitution

Summary/Abstract: The article treats issue of justifying judgements in a criminal trial comprehensively. The article's contents intends to make closer the role of justifying judgements in a criminal trial, so the article shows different types of justifications, features, which fulfill justify judgement, procedure and method of preparing justifications judgements and also the circle of persons entitled to request justification. Contents of justification has been analyzed. The article is supported by jurisdiction of polish courts. There are shown the changes in the criminal process law that will come in the July 15, 2015 which connect with justifying judgements.
