THE ASSESSMENT OF DISEQUILIBRIUM OF THE PODLASKIE VOIVODESHIP LABOUR MARKET USING SYNTHETIC INDEX

Summary/Abstract: One of the key tasks of the provincial labour offices is the regular monitoring of the situation on the labour market. It includes assessment of the equilibrium in each profession, in order to determine a deficit, balance or excess in professions. In this paper the results of a study designed to determine the condition of groups of occupations have been presented. The study was based on a multidimensional analysis of the data collected in regard to demand and supply of labour in terms of the individual data, which allowed for a relative assessment of the situation in the various professions.
