Summary/Abstract: The present paper deals with the problem of psychological readiness of students for professional activity. The necessity of developing a system of its assessment is proved. The methodology for evaluating the level of psychological readiness for professional activity is developed. The methodology is based on the theoretical model. The results of the pilot research on the validity and reliability of the methodology, as well as the data obtained from tests on the representative sample, are described.
