Summary/Abstract: The most important feature of the candidate is fondness of children. The aim of this study, investigate the Vocational School Child Development Program student's affection of children according several variables (gender, grade, academic achievement, siblings, family type). Workgroup comprise a total of 430 male and female first and second grade students continue with Erzincan,Iğdır and Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Health Services Vocational School Child Development Program. The scan model which quantitative method, which developed by Barnet and Sinsini in 1990 and adapted to Turkish by Duyan and Gelbal in 2008, "Barnett Children Affection Scale" was applied as the data collection tool. 14 matters present to determine the status of individual's children liking, prepared in the form of 7s likert-type. In addition, 'Personal Information Form' contains the individual's demographic characteristics (age, marital status, the state of having child, siblings, education type, grade level, academic achievement, number of siblings, socioeconomic status) was used. It was evaluated by percentage, frequency analysis through SPSS software package and Anova.
