MODEL OF THE LABOR MARKET DYNAMICS WITH HETEROGENEOUS LABOR FORCE

Summary/Abstract: The article presents a mathematical model of the labor market describing the dynamics of the phenomena in the labor market. In this model, using the theory of dynamical systems, the most important factor is exchange of information on employment opportunities between the participants of the labor market – unemployed and employed. Qualitative analysis of the created model shows that the flow of information between employees or between the unemployed and employed significantly affect the dynamics of the labor market. The impact of information exchange between the participants of the labor market may cause a sudden change in the nature of its dynamics and the transition between cyclic and non-cyclic dynamics.
