Summary/Abstract: In the appeal declared by the civil side or by the civil responsible side, unmotivated in the appeal deadline, the judicial court has the obligation to analyze the solution which the first instance pronounced including on the criminal side of the case. The conclusion subsists, even if subsequently to the deadline expiry the appellant invokes reasons concerning only the civil side. The grounds of these obligations are the devolution effect of the appellant.
