THE MEASUREMENT OF HUMAN CAPITAL

Summary/Abstract: In the first part of the article there is an attempt to measure human capital. In the next part the researchers’ approach to measure the value of human capital is presented. The final section attempts to show some examples of analytical models used at the level of the organization. Four methods have been used in the research work: Strategic Scorecard, Monitor of Human Capital, Human Capital Index and Mercer HR Consulting Organizational Efficiency Model.
