Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to define the importance of diversity management in employer branding and the identification of good practices in this area undertaken by organizations recognized as the best employers in Poland. The paper presents theoretical aspects of employer branding. Discusses the essence of diversity management in the organization. Moreover, underlines the importance of diversity management in employer branding. The article ends with analysis of activities in the field of diversity management undertaken by the organizations highlighted in competitions for the best employers. The study reviews the subject literature, applying a descriptive method and includes case studies
