Teleworking vs. employability at the modern labour market

Summary/Abstract: The aim ofthis article is to indicate the importance of telework in the development ofemployability in the modern labour market. The study presents main challengesof the modern labour market. It shows definitional problems associated with theconcept of employability and defines its various dimensions. It also explains theconcept of the employee competencies and telework. Moreover, it underlines theimportance of telework in the process of creation of employability in themodern labour market. The study reviews the subject literature, applying adescriptive method.
