Key success factors at the implementation of the quality management system

Summary/Abstract: Quality management systems are supposed to achieve the customer satisfaction in the long term. Various studies have been published about the critical success factors for the individual quality management systems. Nevertheless, little works are concerning critical success factors that beyond of the frame of the specific management system. The main purpose of the article is the analysis of critical success factors causing the effectiveness of initiating of quality management systems and establish the set of universal factors of the quality implementation. As a result of literature research critical success factors of the success for individual quality management systems were identify, as the point of establish the set of critical success factors beyond the specific quality management system. These factors include: the leadership, workers, the strategy, the orientation on the customer, the organizational culture, the communication, the measurement of the quality.
