Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on identifying key factors for professional competences of management team in the aspect of three factors which are, globalisation, digitalisation and economies transforming into economies based on knowledge, including what is generally known as labor market. In the face of large number of managing jobs, subjects, which they administer and work with, trades and regions where they function, it is hard to create general model of competences. It is possible to search for similarities, resulted by specifics of working as a manager. Reflection of this article is based on range of researches made in this area.
