Summary/Abstract: The most appropriate criterion constitutive importance of career for a man, especially for a woman is placed her in the category of value, what attempt to present in this article. Analysis and statistics presented, what position in the hierarchy of values is career and how important it is for the life of a particular individual. As the perception of the work reflects on relationships, show analysis of individual source texts, among them the church documents. The research is covered by the so-called ,,genius of women” The term derives from the papal teaching of John Paul II, who in this way wanted to draw attention to the fundamental issues relating to women’s nature and her person. To outline his view, the concept mentioned ,,genius”, the analysis will be covered by his own published documents, and references to them in other texts. Article shall also attempt to look at the careers of women and motherhood as two possible areas for simultaneous execution, without discrimination of any of them. It will be the proposal response to the demand to reconcile the basic needs of women: married life, family, social and professional.
