Summary/Abstract: System dynamics is a research approach which makes it possible to model the behavior of complex systems. Compared to traditional approach, it allows not only to present essential elements of a selected system and their interrelations but also to examine how the system changes over time. Due to the unquestionable advantages of System Dynamics modeling, it has become a popular modeling tool for economic processes. The aim of the article is to exemplify a possible application of System Dynamics in real estate market analysis. A modified version of FDW model is presented as well as simulations of real estate market reaction to defined scenarios.
