Summary/Abstract: The nature of environmental rights requires an international effort aimed at their keeping and protecting. This is due to the interdependency amongst environmental sectors, cross-border effects of destroyingthe environment and the complex and overwhelming phenomenon such as destroying the ozone layer and global warming. It is very important to understand that the constitutional environmental rights are not a solution for all environmental problems. They must be regarded as a way of approaching environmental problems, by strengthening the existing regulations, by encouraging the drawing up of new regulations.
