UTILISATION OF MULTIVARIATE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS AS A SUPPORTING TOOL IN STRATEGIC GOALS REALISATION ON THE BASIS OF POLISH SOCIAL INSURANCE INSTITUTION

Summary/Abstract: It is said, that every organisation regardless whether it is private or public should plan, organise and control in order to create goals, achievement of which shall provide success, give means to sustain or develop its position in unstable both economic and legal environment. Realisation of strategic goals should be monitored and measured. The paper presents utilisation of multivariate comparative analysis as a measuring tool, but also a tool allowing deeper statistical analysis on different levels of organisation. Existing in Polish Social Insurance Institution work evaluation system, which elements provide information of some strategic goals realisation has been presented.
