Summary/Abstract: As an instrument of applied sociology, sociograms are suitable for the examination of the intrapersonal emotional-psychological relations in small groups. Sociometric methods can be extremely helpful to PR practitioners. With sociograms, it is possible to identify the relations among the different stakeholders in time of crisis. We are introducing sociograms that have been developed with a pragmatic goal in mind and do not look for academic recognition. Sociograms are dynamic constructions, which evolve with time, following the process of the development of the crisis.
