Platforma e-PUAP jako przykład elektronizacji usług administracji publicznej dla ludności
e-PUAP as an example of electronic services of public administration for the citizens

Summary/Abstract: Founded in 2006, the Electronic Public Administration Services Platform, called e-PUAP, is a tool, that brings together in one place a large portion of public administration services provided so far by various institutions. Currently implemented is the second version of the system, known as e-PUAP2, which offers more services, including “trusted profile” – an alternative which is available to an expensive electronic signature. The purpose of articles is to show the benefits associated with the implementation of the electronization of government services. A thesis of the article is the statement that without services elektronization both government and local administration is inefficient, expensive to run and slow. Research methods will be used in the article based on the analysis of available statistical data and literature.
