Summary/Abstract: Innovation aimed at creating value for the customer became chief strategic imperative for organizations directing its offer to different market segments. In terms of the variable and complex environment, customers are recognized as strategic resource that determines the sustainable competitive advantage company. Currently, there is no doubt that a change in the enterprise development is the foundation, is inevitable and inevitable. The domain of the consumer economy is therefore focus on creating innovative offers based on characteristics and buyer behavior.
