Summary/Abstract: In this article there were presented basic aspects of the quality in health care services. Author describes main groups of stakeholders in this type of services and present network model between these groups and patient. There were also presented research connected with the key health care quality determinants in patient perception, and patient expectation to each of the stakeholders groups.
