Summary/Abstract: There are the concept of gamification and its possible place in the managing the relations with customers in sport and recreation presented in this work. The present trends, among other things, bigger awareness of pro-health purchasers, the vogue to lead healthy lifestyle, physical activity, healthy nourishing and searching new ways of fulfilling these needs. The examples of using gamification in sport and recreation branch have been presented and the possibilities of this concept development in in the managing the relations with customers have been pointed.
