Summary/Abstract: The willingness and ability of the organization to implement innovation requires specific conditions. One of them is the trust at different levels relationship. It is therefore important not only to determine the strength of the influence of organizational trust on innovativeness, but also an explanation of the mechanism of this interaction. Conclusions from the qualitative study allow to conclude about the particular importance of institutional trust, which is a reference in the innovative activity of employees.
