Summary/Abstract: Management is something like an fine art. Therefore the precognition abilit y seems to be so valid. Managers are forced to foresee important market features and the kind of accomplished strategy. The future is always unknown: stigmatize d because of its uncertainty and variability is hard to recognize. This situation favors managers who intuitive managers, they can notice extraordinary profi t before other managers are able to notice it and can distinguish some importan t factors forming future market. Nevertheless managers make a big mistake when they want to entirely trust intuitive thinking. There are many situation when the intuition is able to misshape the business vision.
