Summary/Abstract: The article presents the essence of the main elements of the age management strategy. Enunciated the basic internal and external conditions of its creation, and the selected micro and macroeconomic effects of the strategy implementation. The prospects for the wider use of a comprehensive management strategy diverse age groups of employees in Polish companies have also been described. Disturbed questions require a further detailed research and analysis. The demographic process of advancing age need to interested of this subject both discussed in theory and business practice. A managers of human resource will be forced to learn, how to use the potential of mature workers. This will allow to maintain or improve the current market position. Therefore, age management strategy should be an important part of the strategic business management.
