HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT CHALLENGE IN NON-PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Summary/Abstract: In the article the author aims at the most important challenges for Human Capital Management in non-public schools in Poland. Problems concern usually the law system. Nonpublic educational institutions are usually more flexible and do not have to follow all the law rules that the public ones do. Author mentioned also the results of research concerning the evaluation of job satisfaction level in both types of schools: public and non-public. Job satisfaction of teachers has been considered as the key factor of market comparative advantage in institutions offering educational and training services.
