Summary/Abstract: With its high vitamin content in terms of protein and minerals; kefir provides great support for contains immune deficiency problems in athletes and muscle contraction problems that are caused by the mineral deficiency disorders. By regulating sodium, potassium and calcium ions; kefir also acts a very improtant role in muscle contraction mechanism and metabolic problems such as hyponatremia, hypocalcemia, hypokalemia.
