Summary/Abstract: Milk and dairy products has been a source of interest lately. These products display particularly an important role in creataing a protective effect of the health so they have an important place in human health and also in sports nutrition. Due to the antioxidant properties of the dairy product and the proteins, enzymes, peptides, it carries a very functional nutritional support for human health. And also because of the calcium that is important for bone development, milk and diary products athletes have a great importance in the sports nutrition and exercise science. In this study, the importance of milk and milk products for human health and athlete health a balanced diet were examined.
