LEADERSHIP IN MANAGING POLICE ORGANIZATIONAL UNIT

Summary/Abstract: Leadership is significant strength of the organization. It’s necessary to inspire and mobilize its members to implement the newly created vision. Organization is the basis for the efficient management of interiors, in the police organizational units as well. The subject of research is the phenomenon of leadership in police units. The paper presents an example of analysis of issues of leadership which plays an important role in the police actions. The aim of the article also is to attempt to show the management styles significance for policemen action efficiency in terms of the internal safety.
