Summary/Abstract: Currently in the economy both local and global leaders of the organization are expected to not only efficient, but above all, efficient management. It is essential to build and managed business entities properly, so there is balance between experience, knowledge and skills of employees, thus increasing the creativity and potential of not only individual but also collectivity. The authors want to address the problems lying at the organizational level, the contents of which consist of the selection of employees for teams of knowledge and the role of the manager in providing innovative solutions. Characteristics of such units is significantly different than traditionally employed in e.g. departments, divisions or business units. They are based largely on the projects, which are characterized by temporariness, innovation and change in the composition of the group. It is also important that the subject of their work are primarily information and knowledge, resources or assets that during the execution of tasks transformed into good desired by customers. This article is based on an analysis of literature studies.
