Summary/Abstract: The main problem of this article is a try to explore the way that postgraduates consider an idea of professionalism and what features they find as characteristic for professionals. Empirical part of text is based on data gained from quantitative research, concretely from a survey carried out among postgraduates of Master in Management Program. As a result of research, arose a reflection, that postgraduates are deeply conscious about importance of reliable and professional approach during accomplishing occupational responsibilities and they can identify rightly features that can be named as professional. But also there is a need to emphasize that postgraduates can’t point out many professionals in their surroundings.
