Summary/Abstract: In the years 2010–2012 there were difficult changes on the labour market in Poland. Diary company’s final clients are households, who are strong depended on labour market. This article is about, how changes financial situation of the diary’s enterprises in comparison with the labour market’s changes. It was done using synthetic measure of the diary’s companies, mostly cooperatives. In result financial situation diary’s enterprises, worsened, but on the end of the 2012 year was still good.
