Summary/Abstract: The current technological progress triggers a new approach in the way the personal data are collected, processed or stored, by a multitude of data controllers or processors involved in the chain of trophic relations in the delivering of cloud computing services. In this circumstances, it is our objective to examine the rights and obligations of the contractual parties involved in the cloud computing agreements according to the European Union law and national legislation, and their legal consequences for the data subjects.
