Summary/Abstract: This paper is a theoretical and empirical study on the use of value added analysis of cycle process in the production resources reduction program. The first part of the paper discusses conceptual framework of production processes mapping, theoretical aspects of value added analysis and characteristics of cycle production process. The second part of the paper presents, in the case study form, methodology of value added analysis of cycle production process. The result of the analysis is shortening the cycle time and eliminating production resources that create no added value for the customer. The article presents the value added analysis of cycle production process as a tool for production cost reduction program.
