Achievements measurement system at the State Forests National Forests Holding – process of preparing and implementation

Summary/Abstract: Different stakeholders are interested in the achievements of the company. Measurement and reporting of achievements, play a special role in the correct assessment of entrepreneurial activity and determine the economic decision making, both at the operational and strategic level. The aim of the study is to design a system to measure the achievements of the State Forests National Forest Holding at a general level. The main thesis is contained in the statement that “properly designed system for measuring the achievements, provides access to useful information for many different groups of stakeholders and promotes the achievement of the State Forests objectives”. The purpose of the article is achieved by studying the literature (national and international) and using the method of individual interview.
