Summary/Abstract: The general objective of this paper is to look at the scenario in order to understand the scourge of discrimination in labor relations for different causes and theconsequences that have been manifested in the fight against this scourge, not only in theArgentine case, but also dimensioned towards other countries of the world, taking somestatistical data about it.
