Summary/Abstract: Montenegro State Archives, at the last meeting of the redaction of the magazine ,,Arhivski zapisi", held in February 2005 in Cetinje, made the decision to publish the bibliography of all the works published in the magazine so far, on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the magazine. Apart from the introduction and the bibliography - list of bibliographic units, there is the list of authors, translators and the subject index. Very much justified is the initial goal of the magazine and its former redactions, to speak publicly about numerous, piled up and unresolved problems of archival activity and that the employees of the Archives fight for and manage to overcome the development lag, since there had already been a danger for such condition to cause far reaching consequences for Montenegrin cultural heritage. Gradually, the magazine was summing up the results of work, carrying out the exchange of experiences in the field of archival activity and stimulating the young employees to take up research work and raise the area of Montenegrin archival theory and practice on a higher level. The magazine was open, and its pages accessible for all sorts of researches, especially from the field of archival science, history and art history. Even today, the redaction calls for the cooperation of all archival experts, as well as scientific workers dealing with similar issues, in order to make possible regular publishing and wider use of the magazine, provide its scientific-expert reputation and contribute to affirmation of archivists and collaborators, development of archival service, knowledge of the past, cultural heritage, and the development of scientific thought in Montenegro. The magazine was established in 1985 upon the initiative, efforts and direct engagement of Dr. Miroslav t.uketic, former director of Budva Municipal Archives and the President of the Association of Montenegrin archivists. Dr. l.uketic was the firs editor in chief and the Association of archivists the first editor of ,,Arhivski zapisi". In total, 21 editions were published in 13 volumes, within 12 years and with 260 bibliographic units on 241 O pages of the text. Until today, the magazine gathered 94 authors in all, among whom are the precious names of expert and scientific thought, academicians, university professors and so on, famous names from the area of archival science from our country and abroad.
