Summary/Abstract: There is a growing interest in waste management in Poland. Therefore, investments in this economy are growing steadily. The aim of the article is to analyze the expenditures spent on waste management in Poland in recent years, i.e. in the period 2000–2014. The study used descriptive statistical and analytical methodsl. The results of the study were presented in a graphical form, i.e. in the form of graphs and charts. It should be noted that a large portion of these expenditures is spent on equipment for waste disposal and for their economic use. At the same time it is the most desirable direction for investment activities in this field. It should be also stressed that the majority of funds come from own sources of enterprises. The study also showed that the costs of waste management were significantly differentiated according to a region.
