Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to show issues related to social reporting in the context of the vision and management of the CSR in companies. Enterprises within the framework of corporate social responsibility are obliged to create the principles of evaluation of the activities undertaken by them and having an impact on sustainable development. It is necessary to choose indicators, define reporting periods, the development of the topics presented in the report. The starting point for the discussion of social reporting is to present the essence of corporate social responsibility. Further considerations are devoted to the presentation of the report as a social element to build credibility with external stakeholders in the context of CSR strategy.
