Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present the selected aspects of human capital management in an organization X, with particular emphasis placed upon the implemented personnel strategy aimed at building commitment among employees and constant search for talents inside and outside of an organization and building the organisational culture. Changes in technological, social, cultural or demographic environment influence the need to build competitive position by organizations that are increasingly dependent on the human capital and the ability to develop competitive intangible assets in the strategy implementation process.
