Summary/Abstract: Contemporary organisations pay more and more attention to the issues related with the generation shift. Managers face a particular challenge, namely Generation Y entering the labour marker for a few years now. This article discusses the issues of the attitude to work and superiors expressed by Generation Y so-called younger Millennials in Poland and other countries in Central Europe.
